You can trust that your order will be processed quickly and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the World. The size of your order and where you are located will determine which freight company we use. If you only order a Tread, it should ship within a 2 week period. If you are ordering a Desk, it should ship within 3 weeks. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the item(s)ordered, shipping method and your shipment’s destination. Shipping charges are based on your zip code and the size and weight of the order itself, so once you have completed your order and your zip code is input, shipping charges will automatically be calculated. All shipments are insured, so please inspect your shipment for any possible damage once it arrives. If there appears to be damage to any of the boxes, please open them up and inspect them before the driver departs. If any damage is found, refuse the shipment and have it sent back to TreadDesk Inc and a replacement will be sent out as quickly as possible. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
